My name is Liva Stokkeby. I am a trained chef and have worked at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Henne Kirkeby Kro. I am incredibly excited and proud of this collaboration with Monica. I look forward to preparing simple, delicious food using the very best ingredients from our suppliers, while also incorporating some of the wild herbs found in Ærø’s beautiful nature.
