TRADITION RESTORED

Adjacent to the guesthouse, and accessible from within it, is Monica’s boutique shop. The grand iron shop window – a remnant of the original butcher shop that occupied the house dating back to 1850 – has been carefully restored and put back into place. The handcrafted wooden frames have been reconstructed by a local carpenter.

The boutique offers a carefully handpicked mix of timeless and high-quality pieces, all chosen by Monica herself. Discover effortless clothing from Aiayu and Skall Studio, exquisite Liberty prints from APOF, colourful pottery by Emma Bridgewater, handmade ceramics from Hanne Bertelsen, crafted designs from Gudrun & Gudrun, and luxurious underwear from Zimmerli alongside several other carefully selected labels. You’ll also find elegant shoes, printed lampshades, and other one-of-a-kind items perfect for gifting.

A refined menswear collection includes unisex styles from Aiayu, cozy pyjamas from Geismars, cashmere sweaters from Allude, and leather shoes by Hereu. For children, there are soft cashmere knits from Holmm, classic teddy bears from Steiff, and playful figurines from Papo. Ensuring thoughtful, stylish, and unique gifts for him, her, and the little ones. Most of all the brands are Danish, with a strong focus on sustainability and quality.
